Refund policy

All Hound and Camper products are made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour choice, or unwanted items, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

Claims will be reviewed before a replacement, refund or other remedy is offered. We may request additional photographs or information where necessary.

Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot normally be cancelled or amended.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
